The USB Instant
DVD is an external USB device that enables any VCR, camcorder, DVD player or
Laserdisc player to transfer audio and video into the PC for editing, DVD

to tape.
Built-in video encoder/decoder chips and hardware MPEG2 codec enables the USB Instant DV to provide Real Time compression of video to
MPEG2
