Shipping Service -
All shipments outside the USA are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Dimensional Weight - UPS Worldwide Express and
Expedited shipping rates are based upon "dimensional weight".
UPS dimensional weight calculations are based on the shipping box size and often
result in higher international shipping costs. If necessary to reduce the
shipping box size, dimensional weight and the shipping costs the products retail
packaging may be removed.
Payment - For payment of
shipments to addresses outside the USA and Canada, we recommend American Express
since automated address verification is available for many countries and that
expedites your order. Billing and ship to addresses must be the same.
Card processing requires American Express address verification.
For Visa and MasterCard payments, to protect you the
cardholder, and to insure that we ship to the cardholder's address, we need a
fax copy of: (1) the portion of your most recent credit card statement showing
your name, address, credit card number and statement date; (2) a photo ID. For
sending the fax, our country code is 1 and our fax # is (512) 335-0547.
Customers with orders cancelled due to
problems verifying an address will be notified by e-mail.
Additional Costs You May Have To Pay -
Please be advised that since you are considered the importer of record, you
must; (1) comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, (2)
pay import duties and taxes if any on the merchandise in this shipment, and (3)
pay additional charges if any such as necessary brokerage services for customs clearance. Before confirming this
order, we urge you to check out the amount of additional import charges if any
for the merchandise you are ordering. If necessary, contact your local customs

How to SAVE International Shipping Services Costs

living in the United States buy the product from us using their credit card
(card must be issued by a US bank and the billing address must be in the US) and
save.
The third party friend or acquaintance buys the item from us, we ship it to
the third party and the third party reships it to you.
Reshipping U. S. Postal Service International Express Mail is easy and
usually much less expensive than United Parcel Service (UPS). Just take
the package to a United States Post Office counter. At the counter request and
fill out the (1) Express Mail Mailing Label, (2) Customs Declaration and
Dispatch Note, PS Form 2976-A, Nov 1996 and pay the postage.
